Return Policy

We have a 2 day return policy. Once you receive your order, you have 48 hours to decide if you would like to keep or return your purchased items for any reason. Items must be mailed back within 48 hours after the original delivery date. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns to cover merchant costs. 

 

To be eligible for a refund, all items must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. Please delicately inspect your order upon receipt. 

 

Once your return has been received, it will be inspected and you will be notified via email upon the arrival of your returned order. You will also be notified upon the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved for a refund, please allow 1-5 business days for your refund to be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

It is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

Shipping Policy

All Items are shipped via UPS or USPS. Our processing time is 1-3 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. Once your item has been processed, it will then be shipped. Shipping can take 1-4 business days. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the order.

 

ORDERS ARE NOT PROCESSED ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.

 

 

Lash District XII is not responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information shows that a delivery was made but you do not have the package, you must take this up with UPS or USPS and file a claim.  

 

If you selected route protect at checkout, your package is fully covered from loss, damage, and theft for the subtotal amount. You must submit your claim through route.

 

Lash District XII does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped.

 

Lash District XII is not responsible for late deliveries due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays. 

 

If your items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking information or contacting the local post office.

 

If your item does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Lash District XII, you are responsible for additional shipping fees or a store credit/refund will be giving to you to purchase a new order with the corrected address. 

 

Digital Downloads Return/Exchange Policy

Digital downloads such as webinars, ebooks, or any product that provides an instant download are nonrefundable under all circumstances.
